Packaging and Installation:
1. How will my product be packaged?
All products will be wrapped in layers of Bubble wrap and finally in cardboard box material. Mirrors will have additional cardboard box wrapping to protect the mirror.
2. How do I install my headboard?
All Headboards and Mirrors will have fixing plates attached and the nailing anchors will be included in the packaging. The correct measurements will be provided with the Headboards to ensure easy installation by the client.

3. How do I return or exchange my product?
Please ensure accurate measurements according to sizes given for each product. Due to the bulk nature of our products Lani Décor will not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds.
4. How long does manufacture and delivery take?
Manufacturing of a product will only commence after the order have been placed and Proof of Payment have been received. Manufacturing will be 10 Working Days and Shipment 5 x Working Days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this stage.
6. What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?
Insurance will automatically be included with the Courier Costs, thus the product will be replaced.

1. What materials are your products made from?
Headboards and Mirrors are mostly manufactured out of 16mm MDF (Supawood) and some Headboards will have a Solid Merantie border. Some Mirrors will be manufactured out of 22mm MDF(Supawood). All other products will be manufactured in various thickness MDF (Supawood) ranging from 3mm up to 22mm
2. Is the mirror included in the mirror frame purchase?
Yes, we include the mirrors with the frames.
3. How do you protect my mirror from damage during shipping?

Our factory and head office are located in Rustenburg, North-West Province, South Africa.
5. Are these products locally made?
All our products are manufactured in our factory and shipped country wide.
6. How do I clean my Lani Décor products?
By wiping it with a soft damp cloth on a regular bases.
